What the badge means.

Plain terms on what a LaunchSure credential attests to — and, just as importantly, what it doesn’t.

A LaunchSure badge certifies that an app passed our checks on its issue date. It attests to a point-in-time review against our published standard — it is not a warranty, insurance, or a guarantee that the app is free of all vulnerabilities. Each credential shows exactly when the app was last checked so anyone can judge how current it is.

What it attests to
The app passed our published checks on the issue date.
A review against the LaunchSure standard for its tier.
The exact date the app was last checked.
What it is not
Not a warranty or insurance against loss.
Not a guarantee the app is free of all vulnerabilities.
Not a statement about changes made after the issue date.

Every credential is checkable at launchsure.app/v/{id}
